Oftentimes, I’m initially brought into product editorial work to write or edit and end up smoothing out processes, tethering cross-functional teams, and mentoring copywriters. It’s a niche that I’m forever tapped into and something people often seek me out for.

Clients

  • Product copy consultant. I supported the transition from agency to an in-house product copy team, which included building new processes, advocating for improved systems, working with UX and ecom to ensure a streamlined customer journey and experience, and managing monthly product uploads. Since Boden is based in London and I’m on the west coast of Canada, I spent 18 months taking 5am meetings and using the time difference to my advantage to get more work done.

  • Product copywriter. I wrote seasonal product descriptions for the brand Neon Buddha.

  • English product copy manager. Based in Munich, I led English product copy for the German luxury fashion brand, including managing a small team, working closely with localization teams, and managing weekly uploads of hundreds of products.

  • Product editor. I started my career at NAP as a junior copywriter and returned after my year in Munich to freelance as a product editor.
